Paul Lorenzo, EA – Retired
Paul established his tax and bookkeeping practice in 1976 and provided bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services to his clients for 40 years. He earned a reputation for outstanding customer service, ethics, and legally minimizing the tax liability of his clients.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College. He has been a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals for over 25 years. He is federally licensed by the United States Department of the Treasury as an Enrolled Agent to practice before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Plastic Ocean Project and is a Trustee for the YWCA in Cortland.
After 39 years in practice, Paul sold Cortland Bookkeeping and Tax Service to Peter VanderWoude in August 2015. Although he never imagined it, Paul is now thoroughly enjoying his retirement.
